2. Google your primary brand, or your competitors.
3. Start listening, thru twitter, and blogs what others are saying about your brand and similar products.
4. Find influencers. The key people who sway votes.
5. Make yourself and your content findable. SEO for your own site, company blogs, youtube channel, infographics for cmoplex issues, produce media - pictures, videos, slideshows for your content.

It's the new mysterious Google rolled out in July to remove low quality websites.
Am amazed at StandChart's service: Has its own Groupon-like iPhone app (aka "The Good Life") for promotions and deals arranged by proximity!
Standard Chartered SG is also:
-First one to send me a card.
-Gave surprise credits.
-Online banking iPhone app works fine.
If i'm a merchant, definitely want to work with StandChart.

When is it time to revisit your keyword research?
To me, keyword researching should be a daily business, its how you keep on top of your market--knowing what your audience is searching for. I don't think Google takes a break from analyzing how people search. That said, Google might take some time to update their database. And "as user behavior changes, so do their search phrases". So the question really does boil down to WHEN to check in on your prized keywords again?
Nick Stamoulis shares:
- when your current keywords no longer produce traffic, or as much traffic as before.
- when there are new industry jargon.
- when your company rebranded itself, or launched new products and pages.

My tips for creating a successful Twitter account
-Always tweet about the same topic(s)
-People are lazy to open links, for slow connections and whatever reasons. Tweet one iota of info at one time.
-Don't mass tweet all at one ago, spread them out.
-Don't RT too much. haha. Create original content!

As an SEO client, it’s important to understand and maintain SEO momentum. You can't put SEO on hold and then pick up where you left off a few months later.
Basically, you should never just fire your SEO firm without there being an alternative in place to follow current SEO projects through to the end, and having additional projects planned and scoped in advance.
Any interruption in your SEO efforts can end up setting you back months or years, and that can not only mean having to reinvest in SEO all over again, but losing the SEO equity you’ve built to date.
